Pregnancy is the ultimate strain on the female body, from gestation,labor and delivery, to the post partum period. Musculoskeletal changes occur throughout the 3 trimesters that create stress on the feet, hips, lower back, pelvic floor, and neck.

Stretching of the pelvic region, breathing techniques and exercises can significantly improve the successful outcome of your delivery. There is a greater potential for you and your baby to feel more comfortable throughout the pregnancy.
