What Happens After My First Visit?

As you go through your physical therapy treatment, you will receive a list of exercises to perform. These exercises are meant to keep you moving forward approach restoration and full function.

Tracking The Exercises

We digitally photograph or film function-based exercises when you are in the clinic that are tailored specifically to you. The exercises are printed with written instructions to assist the patient in performing the exercises prescribed by their physical therapist correctly at home. If a patient prefers, we can also use smartphones to film the patient performing the exercise or stretch for home review.
