Core of the floor fitness classes:

Through promotion functional fitness, you to sign up and participate in one of our pelvic core fitness classes develop by physical therapist to address the needs of women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and symptoms.

The class is programed to target the floor of the

Core (Pelvic floor), with various functional strengthening and core isometric exercises. Our class will help you to improve your pelvic and hip mobility and also create improved functional stability by incorporating diaphragmatic breathing patterns, and stability exercises and functional flexibility.
